24-Hour On-Site Execution

Installation teams operated in continuous shifts. As one team wrapped up, the next stepped in. No idle hours. No unnecessary downtime. Momentum remained consistent, while quality control stayed tight throughout the process.All custom furniture and built-in elements were fabricated across three dedicated workshops running dual shifts around the clock. While installation progressed on-site, production continued simultaneously off-site. By the time the next phase was ready, materials had already been prepared and delivered. Production and installation moved in parallel — not sequentially. That flow eliminated bottlenecks and protected the timeline.

Nine Core Areas, One Timeline

To secure completion within 60 days, nine priority zones were executed with precision:

• Executive Meeting Room

• VIP Lounge

• Dining Area

• Prayer Room

• Main Corridor

• Reception Lobby

• Service Room

• Two Meeting Rooms with an integrated connecting door

Each space required different detailing standards, sequencing strategies, and coordination intensity.Speed did not mean lowering specifications. In fact, the tighter the timeline, the tighter the control needed to be.Design Approach: Clear, Functional, Refined

Time constraints shaped the design logic from the beginning. The concept emphasized clarity in spatial planning, functional efficiency, installation-friendly detailing, durable materials with clean finishes, improved circulation and workflow, and lighting upgrades to enhance spatial perception and productivity.The result is a refined corporate environment that supports daily operations while projecting a modern, composed identity.This project demonstrates that a 936 m² corporate transformation can be delivered within 60 days when logistics, fabrication, and site execution operate as one integrated system.
