CIBINONG, 400 SQM — TWO WINGS FRAMED IN JAPANESE-MODERN PRECISION
Not every coworking space needs to feel loud to feel productive.
This 400 sqm project in Cibinong proves the opposite.
Designed with a Japanese-modern approach, the space is built around clarity. Two wings. Clear zoning. Warm tones. No visual noise. The layout is simple by intention, but deliberate in execution.
Because when a space is structured well, people think better.
THE CONCEPT: TWO WINGS, ZERO DISTRACTIONS
The 400 sqm floorplate is divided into right and left wings, each with a distinct function.
One wing accommodates focused work areas. Long communal desks, controlled lighting, and minimal visual interruption create a calm, productive rhythm. Circulation is direct, without crossing traffic that disrupts concentration.
The opposite wing houses collaborative functions. Meeting rooms, discussion areas, and flexible seating clusters are arranged to encourage interaction without affecting the quieter side.
The separation is not dramatic. It is subtle, architectural, and intentional.
This zoning strategy allows different work modes to coexist without compromise.
JAPANESE-MODERN LANGUAGE: WARM, CONTROLLED, BALANCED
The design direction draws from Japanese spatial principles: simplicity, proportion, and material honesty.
Warm wood tones soften the overall palette. Neutral surfaces maintain brightness and visual breathing space. Clean lines dominate the architectural detailing, from ceiling treatment to built-in furniture.
Lighting is layered rather than excessive. Linear fixtures define pathways, while indirect lighting adds warmth to communal zones. Nothing feels overdesigned. Nothing feels accidental.
Every element supports clarity.
DETAILING THAT SUPPORTS FLOW
Custom built-ins were integrated to maintain order. Storage is concealed. Power access is embedded seamlessly within workstations. Transitions between zones are handled through material shifts rather than heavy partitions.
Glass elements preserve openness while maintaining acoustic balance. Circulation paths are aligned to guide movement naturally between the two wings.
The result is a space that feels structured without feeling rigid.
THE RESULT
A 400 sqm coworking space in Cibinong that feels calm, intentional, and refined.
Two wings.
Clear purpose.
Warm, disciplined execution.
This project demonstrates that elegance does not require excess. When zoning is clear and detailing is precise, a workspace becomes intuitive.
And when a space is intuitive, productivity follows.
