National Broadcasting Headquarters — 1st Floor Rear Lobby Transformation
Modern Sophistication in Every Step
A renewed perspective on lobby design.
This 150 m² rear lobby was transformed within one month into a refined and highly functional transition space—redefining how circulation areas can project identity and professionalism.
The Story Behind the Space
As a primary access point for staff and visitors, the rear lobby plays a critical role in daily movement. Previously treated as a purely functional zone, the space required a stronger architectural presence—one that feels open, structured, and timeless while accommodating high traffic intensity.
The objective was clear: create a welcoming environment that balances monumentality with restraint.
Design Concept: Modern, Minimal, and Architectural
The design language emphasizes proportion, symmetry, and controlled contrast. Soft neutral tones form the foundation, complemented by natural stone textures, dark accents, and layered indirect lighting.
Clean wall planes and precise detailing establish visual continuity. Architectural features introduce depth without overwhelming the space. Lighting is intentionally structured—recessed fixtures provide uniform illumination, while linear accents define geometry and guide movement.
The result is understated sophistication. Calm, confident, and purposeful.
Execution: Disciplined and Time-Efficient
Completed within a one-month timeline, the project reflects a tightly managed execution system. From technical coordination and custom panel fabrication to on-site installation, each phase followed a structured schedule.
Alignment precision, lighting integration, and finishing transitions were carefully controlled to preserve design integrity under time constraints.
The Result: A Refined Institutional Gateway
The completed rear lobby now functions as a composed architectural threshold—welcoming, clear in circulation, and aligned with institutional credibility.
It demonstrates that even transitional spaces can carry design authority when executed with clarity and discipline.
Precision transforms perception.
